Eileen served as Head Coach for NWBL Springfield Spirit in 2003 Earning Coach of the Year with a 17-4 record. During that time she coached Uconn standouts Rebecca Lobo, Kara Wolters, Swin Cash and Sue Bird. Eileen is actively involved in Wilbraham Youth Sports and is currently the 2005 Assistant coach of the U12 Western Mass Falcons AAU girls basketball team.

Originally from Newington, CT., Eileen was a graduate of Newington High School and played Soccer, Softball, Track and Basketball recieving All-State awards in Basketball, Track and Soccer. Eileen was Co-Captain and receipient of the Coach's Award at Bentley College after four years of consecutive Final Four appearances.

Eileen is employed at Friendly's Ice Cream as a Director of Marketing and resides in Wilbraham MA with her husband Jamie and their three children Elizabeth, James and Julia
